The Disillusionment Gown is a wearable raiment, with an aluminum repousse bodice and galvanized screen skirt. Cast plaster, plastic toys & found objects are enclosed into miniature screen houses scattered across the skirt. Text fragments from Pablo Neruda's archetypical poem of love lost, "Los versos mas triste", cover the face and the bodice interior.
